We talk his motivations for becoming an official. The process of reaching the high level he works at and what it takes between games to stay on top of the craft. 2020: The Emotional Rollercoaster

It's been a rollercoaster of emotions over the last couple of months, but BIG 10 football is back!!  Or at least we are holding on to hope that it is.  We take a look at this revamped 8 + 1 Big 10 format to the 2020 season.  How many wins do we, and the fans think are realistic?  How many wins do we need to see to feel confident that the "Locks experience" is progressing in the right direction?  Northwestern is favored to win in this seasons first game, but do the guys see it that way?   What kind of challenges does this team present?  We put an interesting fantasy spin on this upcoming season, as they guys draft their own Terps fantasy squads!  Who drafted better?  All this and more!!

Times Are Changing

With all the questions around if there will be a college football season or not… The guys get back behind the mics to cover some important changes of note for the Terps! The Big Ten releases the 2020 schedule, that is all inter-conference games only! What does that look like for the Terps? Mike Locksley announces some big name opt outs for 2020, and some player position changes in response to those corresponding moves. With Taulia being granted his immediate eligibility for the upcoming season, how is the offensive line shaping up to protect him? The mens hoops squad finally lands a big man to fill out their roster, as they also use a scholarship on an interesting name… All this and more! Check it out!

This Is Sparta Sandwich

It't now 7 in a row for the Terps, and the guys are hyped!! From a couple of close wins at home versus Rutgers and Nebraska, to a HUGE road win over Illinois! The team is now 20-4 overall, and in sole possession of first place in the Big 10! Now, it's back on the road for a test in East Lansing against #16 Michigan State... A team they will play twice in a matter of 2 weeks! Fred goes on a rant about "fans", and a recent Scott Van Pelt quote about the unrealistic expectations of some of our fans. The football team has some familiar names enter the transfer portal, and also continue to shape their future with the 2021 class!

Jurassic Spark

The Terps are HOT, after winning four straight!! What was the big change at halftime of the Northwestern game? Anthony Cowan has a career night against Iowa, passing Terp legend Walt Williams for 12th on the All time scoring list. Who is this Jalen Smith? Do the guys have issue with his chirping at the fans after the Indiana game? The guys recap the last three games, along with diving in to the upcoming three. The guys are BACK, after a month hiatus. And they have a lot to say about this Terps hoops squad! After a couple of tough road loses in the Big 10, they get back on track with a win against Perdue at home. The popular topic around this squad right now is not living up to the high expectations.
